Deposit Account – Interest Payment & Emailed Enforced Movement Letters

Please note Deposit Account interest has been credited for January 2020 in CUFS

Enforced Movements

As part of monthly monitoring the Treasury & Investments team have carried out deposit movements to correct debit balances on Sources of Funds. Affected departments will receive documentation indicating which accounts have been adjusted.

Emailed Enforced Movement Letters

Departments will now receive enforced movement letters via email. If these are being received by the incorrect contact or you have not received a notification you were expecting, please contact Treasury & Investments.

February 2020 Deposit Account Interest

Please ensure deposit movements for February 2020 have been processed by the close of 5th March 2020, and that overdrawn accounts have had funds taken off deposit by this time to avoid delays in crediting February’s Interest.

Cambridge University Endowment Fund – Distribution

Distribution January 2020

Please note that the Cambridge University Endowment Fund distribution for January 2020 has been processed in the January 2020 CUFS period at 216.54p per unit per annum.

Annual Accountants Update – Tuesday 17th  March

A reminder for all qualified and part-qualified accountants within the University that this is taking place, 2pm – 4pm, at 8 Mill Lane, Lecture room 4.

Our external auditors PricewaterhouseCoopers are giving an update on accounting issues and developments that are relevant to the University Group.

Unfortunately, this event is not appropriate for AAT students or members.

Key Travel 2020 Customer Survey: The Mindful Traveller

The Key Travel 2020 Survey is now available, please take the opportunity have your say and complete the survey before it closes at the end of February 2020.

The objective of this year’s survey is to touch upon themes that are most important to our bookers, travellers and travel managers.

In the survey, which should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete, you will find an opportunity to voice your preference and attitudes toward themes such as Traveller Safety and Wellbeing, Environmental Sustainability, Booking and Travel preferences, and more. The Mindful Traveller will gather insights from across the world. If you would like to receive a copy of the research whitepaper when it is released, please share your email address at the end of the questionnaire.

Our previous survey received over 2,000 responses. This year, Key Travel are pledging to make a donation of £1,000 to Village by Village, upon reaching 3,000 respondents globally.

Village by Village’s mission is to reduce the needless suffering and deaths of children living in poverty in remote rural African villages.

We really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
