Accounts Receivable Invoices - Tax Classification Field
Please be advised that when raising a Transaction in AR you will be required to enter the relevant tax rate in the Tax Classification field, unlike in the past where this may have been automatically populated.
If you are unclear on which tax rate to use please consult with the VAT team on vatqueries@admin.cam.ac.uk.

NEW: Social, environmental and economic consideration guides
In working collaboratively with our partners at University of Oxford, we delighted to announce that 40 purchase guidance documents are now available on our websitehttps://www.admin.cam.ac.uk/offices/purchasing/guides/. The guides cover a wide range of topics from batteries and electrical components to wood and white goods and have been developed to aid departmental decision making by embedding sustainability and social impact at the heart of each and every purchase. The guides include likely impacts of making a purchase and suggest opportunities to mitigate negative outcomes whilst taking proactive action.
We hope this new service helps you when considering if you need to buy, how you could buy with greater awareness around social, environmental and economic considerations, and would welcome any feedback to procurement.services.enquiries@admin.cam.ac.uk
