Issue first notified in Bulletin 825:

We are aware that some users are still reporting issues to the helpdesk regarding Marketplace performance.

  • Basket empties during checkout – possible Java and or Browser caching

  • User is taken back to the log on screen.- may be slow network connection

Many users have found that clearing the java and or the browser cache resolves the issue, unfortunately, this is a process that users may have to repeat.

Clearing Java and Browser Cache

Please note that most of the users experiencing this issue are working from home.

UIS have advised that slow network speeds could be causing Marketplace sessions to time out and return to the login page
