Marketplace issues at checkout
Issue first notified in Bulletin 825:
We are aware that some users are still reporting issues to the helpdesk regarding Marketplace performance.

Basket empties during checkout – possible Java and or Browser caching

User is taken back to the log on screen.- may be slow network connection
Many users have found that clearing the java and or the browser cache resolves the issue, unfortunately, this is a process that users may have to repeat.

Please note that most of the users experiencing this issue are working from home.
UIS have advised that slow network speeds could be causing Marketplace sessions to time out and return to the login page

Manage departmental research grants using the Cognos reporting tool. Must have completed Grants 1 (online) and Cognos Intro or equivalent.
General Ledger 2, 4 places, Tue 6 Oct.
Following on from GL1, learn how to run and interpret GL reports. Must have completed GL1 and Cognos Intro or equivalent.
