CUFS will be unavailable during the vulnerable period of 7am to 9am on Thursday 5th November
This time will be used to renew the University's SSL certificate for Science Warehouse

The SSL certificate that grants access to the Marketplace needs to be renewed during the vulnerable period as stated above.
Users will be unable to access the Marketplace on Thursday 5th November between 00:01: and 9am.

Update: Gases Framework Agreement extension and associated price increases
The IUPC Gases Framework has been extended for a final 12 months to November 2021. Further to last week's bulletin, we have received the following price increase notifications from suppliers, applicable from the 1 November 2020:
- AIR LIQUIDE UK LTD (Supplier No: 61616) pricing will remain as per the February 2020 price increase, until February 2021.
- AIR PRODUCTS PLC (Supplier No: 60198): 7.8% Increase to all nitrogen products, with 4% increase on cylinder rental;
- BOC LTD (Supplier No: 60444): 4.5% increase to all prices across the agreement Lots;
- FTI LTD (Supplier No: 174380): No increase.

Cambridge University Endowment Fund – Notification of Revaluation & Purchases & Sales
Revaluation as at 30 September 2020
Please note that the Cambridge University Endowment Fund has been revalued as at 30 September 2020.
CUFS has been updated to reflect the new valuation in the October 2020 accounting period. The new Unit value is £58.88 (rounded). The unit value at the end of the previous quarter was £58.41 (rounded) which represents an increase in value of 0.80%.
Purchases & Sales
Unit purchases and sales as at 30 September 2020 will also be processed within the CUFS October 2020 accounting period. Contract Notes for purchases & sales will be despatched in due course.
Next Quarter
Could all non-Trust Fund purchase and sale requests be sent to treasury@admin.cam.ac.uk.
All Trust Fund requests should be sent to UFS_TF@admin.cam.ac.uk.
The deadline for the requests to be received is the 14th December 2020.
