Introduction from David Hughes

The FUG is open to all administrators and accounts staff in the University, and is of great value in good communications and the spread of good practice. I encourage you to join us.

Chaired by David Hughes, Director of Finance. The meetings are a forum to exchange information between the central Finance Division, the Financial User Group (FUG) and faculties and departments. Feedback from departments is important. Anybody interested in attending the meeting should contact Michelle Bond for full details.

Due to the unprecedented times,  FUG meetings will be held via Microsoft Teams every 4 weeks from 10.00 to 11.00.

A Quick Guide to Microsoft Teams

Microsoft Teams can be accessed on many platforms and devices including mobile phones.

To access Teams on a laptop or desktop, go to and sign in with your (University Information Services) UIS email and password.
