Please note that we are unable to support the use of MAC’s with CUFS due to the multiple configurations available.

If using a MAC and encounter system issues please refer to the following document produced by Oracle under 'Latest R12 Recommended Browsers, settings and issues' below.

JAVA RESTRICTIONS FROM 11TH SEPTEMBER 2023

From 11th September 2023, a restriction will prevent CUFS access if your Java Version is lower than Java 8 Update 361.

 
If you are using an earlier version of Java you will receive an error message when attempting to access CUFS, please contact your local computer officer to arrange an update.
 
The latest version of Java (Version 8 Update 381) is now available and can be downloaded from the Technical pages > Java downloads.
 
It is recommended that users update to this latest version of Java as soon as possible.

Printing from CUFS

All printers have been removed from CUFS, if you need to print please save the output from your request and print to your local department printer.

Clearing the Browser and Java cache

Some users receive the error below when checking out from the marketplace, this can be resolved by clearing the browser cache.
