The Helpdesk is designed to deal with queries or problems on the UFS. Information on installing, running and using the system is available on the UFS website. If the information you require cannot be found on the UFS website you can contact the helpdesk by phone on 65999 or email

Contacting the Helpdesk

Before calling the Helpdesk, please read through the Check List for Helpdesk and ensure that you have the required information to hand. If you require assistance with a particular process in CUFS, please check the relevant UFS manual first as it may already be covered by this.

Vulnerable Periods

Some systems may not be available between 6.00am to 9.00am Tuesdays and Thursdays, these periods may be used for system maintenance. Users will be notified of any planned use of vulnerable periods here and in the latest bulletin.
