The Helpdesk is designed to deal with queries or problems on the UFS. Information on installing, running and using the system is available on the UFS website. If the information you require cannot be found on the UFS website you can contact the helpdesk by phone on 65999 or email UFS_enquiries@admin.cam.ac.uk

Contacting the Helpdesk
Before calling the Helpdesk, please read through the Check List for Helpdesk and ensure that you have the required information to hand. If you require assistance with a particular process in CUFS, please check the relevant UFS manual first as it may already be covered by this.
Contact Details
The helpdesk draws user or customers information, such as email addresses and phone numbers, from the University Lookup Service. Please check that your details are up to date to ensure you receive the help you require.
