Please note Deposit Account interest has been credited for August 2019 in CUFS
Enforced Movements
As part of monthly monitoring the Treasury & Investments team have carried out deposit movements to correct debit balances on Sources of Funds. Affected departments will receive documentation indicating which accounts have been adjusted.
Emailed Enforced Movement Letters
Departments will now receive enforced movement letters via email. If these are being received by the incorrect contact or you have not received a notification you were expecting, please contact Treasury & Investments.
September 2019 Deposit Account Interest
Please ensure deposit movements for September 2019 have been processed by the close of 4th October 2019, and that overdrawn accounts have had funds taken off deposit by this time to avoid delays in crediting September’s Interest.
Cambridge University Endowment Fund – Distribution
Distribution August 2019
Please note that the Cambridge University Endowment Fund (Amalgamated Fund) distribution for August 2019 has been processed in the August 2019 CUFS period at 216.54p per unit per annum.

Please note that the deadline for purchase & sale requests for internal departments is 5pm on Tuesday 17th September. Could all departments make sure requests are received by Treasury & Investments by this time.

Financial Users Group - Wednesday 25th September 9.30am
The next meeting of the Financial Users Group will be held in the Sainsbury Laboratory Lecture Theatre on Wednesday 25th September 9.30am to 11am. The agenda for the meeting can be found here. This will be an interactive meeting with the focus on Expense Management. Please take a few minutes to think about your process in advance of this meeting.

CUFS Downtime from 5pm Friday 27th September to Monday 30th September 2019
As announced previously at the Financial User Group meetings a project is nearing completion to implement the latest critical and security patches. The project will complete with CUFS downtime and the system will be unavailable from 5pm Friday 27th September to Monday 30th September 2019. Access will be restored on the morning of Monday 30th September.
Further communications will be issued next week.
